ACT // FEED EVENT ON MARCH 24
1 out of every 3 children in Annapolis public schools are food insecure. That means that they don't know for sure where their next meal is going to come from. On March 24, you can help change that. Revolution is partnering with MOD Pizza, several other local churches, and Generosity Feeds to pack 20,000 meals for immediate distribution in our city. Please make sure to set this date aside so you can join us for this awesome event...and start inviting your friends!
CONNECT // ANNAPOLIS FILM FESTIVAL 2018
March 22-25 is turning into a really busy weekend in our city! In addition to the Generosity Feeds event on March 24, Annapolis will be hosting the annual Annapolis Film Festival. This year's fest will be screening 80 movies from 28 different countries, and we want to support them! The Film Fest's vision is "to establish Annapolis as a center for filmmakers to showcase different global perspectives and independent thought to a variety of audiences"...with a "long-term goal to enhance growth both culturally and economically to the Annapolis area." Here at Revolution, we want to be radically for the flourishing of our city, and helping the AFF is one major way we can accomplish that! EXPLORE // EASTER IS COMING!
This year, Easter at Revolution is centered around one BIG question: Who is Jesus, anyway? Come prepared for a Sunday service designed to explain the ways our weekly practices as a church help us to explore what we believe about Jesus...and invite your friends to come with you! We will be having 3 services this year: 1 service at 6:30 pm on Saturday, March 31, and 2 services at 9:30/11:00 am on Sunday, April 1. Don't miss it!
ACT // OPEN TABLE PROGRAM
This spring, we will be putting together a team to partner with Light House Ministries and Open Table in order to provide one year's worth of community, support, and assistance for one graduate of Light House's transition program for our brothers and sisters who are experiencing homelessness. Absolutely everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in this team! For more information, please talk to Fred Miller on Sunday after service, or by email at fredmiller4life@gmail.com.
ACT // HAITI ACTION TRIP 2018
