BELONG // LAST SOFTBALL GAME TOMORROW!

It’s been a great season for Revolution’s softball team! Our last game is this Wednesday night at 6:30. Come cheer us on, and afterwards, all who are interested can head over to Dark Horse Saloon off Forest Drive for dinner and drinks. We’d love for you to join us!

BELONG // YOUTH GROUP IS BACK!

Are you a teen, or the parent of one? RevYouth is back! Meetings are on Saturday nights from 6:30-8:00, and dinner (let’s be honest: pizza) is provided. Expect games, friends, and fun as we come together to learn more about how we can live out our faith in community. To learn more (and to get involved!), email Shawn Livingston at shawn@revolutionannapolis.com.

BECOME // HELPING A NEW CHURCH PLANT HERE IN ANNAPOLIS

A new church is coming to town! On August 15, College Creek Church will be holding their very first service at J. Albert Adams Academy off of Clay Street downtown. One way we can help this new plant is by serving as volunteers for childcare for their first few weeks as they begin to recruit volunteers internally. The good news is that because we meet on Saturday nights now…we are all available! Let’s support this new ministry in an overwhelming way. You can sign up for a spot HERE, or you can get in touch with their lead pastor, Isaac Vineyard, directly at: isaac@collegecreekchurch.org.

BELIEVE // FALL SMALL GROUPS SURVEY

Are you looking to get connected with a small group during the week here at Revolution? Have you enjoyed playing softball this summer and now you’re wondering what comes next? Help us plan out our groups schedule for the coming Fall season! Our Lay Leader in charge of Discipleship, Andy Guzik, and our Lead Pastor Kenny would love to hear what you are looking for…so please take just a few minutes and fill out this survey to share your perspective!

BECOME // EXTRA COVID RELIEF FUNDS

Last year, our church raised raised about $5,000 to care for our neighbors whose finances have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. In the last 10 months, more than $3000 of those dollars went out to help folks with rent assistance and groceries. But here in 2021, the requests and needs for that money have gone quiet...so, we need to figure out how best to use the remaining funds! If you know of any neighbors--or if you yourself--are in need of relief now, as some of the government assistance funds for unemployment and rent relief are ending, please reach out to us and let us know. We raised this money so we can give it away! Help us discover ways we can do that.

BECOME // BLOOD DRIVE SEPT. 25

On Saturday, September 25, we will be hosting a Blood Drive here at Heritage from 2pm-6pm. We are hoping to involve folks from Heritage, along with other churches here in Annapolis, in order to make this drive as successful as possible! Go ahead and mark your calendars, and opportunities to sign up early will be coming here in the Loop in the weeks ahead!

BELIEVE // READING THROUGH THE PSALMS

Are you studying the Psalms alongside us? You can find our Revolution Study Guides for Psalms 1-41, Psalms 42-72, Psalms 73-89, and Psalm 90-106 here! As we work our way through all 150 psalms this year, our Preaching Team will continue to keep these documents updated.

BELIEVE // LEARN MORE ABOUT BAPTISM

If you have any questions about what it means to become a Christian or how to take that “first next step” in your faith, reach out to us at info@revolutionannapolis.com. You can also always reach out to Kenny to ask questions through email, chat on the phone, or even grab a cup of coffee to talk in person (at a safe social distance, of course!).
