Beginning SATURDAY, June 5 we will be meeting weekly indoors, following all recommended safety protocols, at Heritage Baptist Church (1740 Forest Dr). Services will be on Saturday evenings at 5:30 pm. If you can help out, we will need you! All of our service teams will be looking for volunteers to help make these gatherings happen, including in Production/Sound, RevKids, and Guest Experience. If you are ready to be a part of a team, please reach out to the team leads or Meredith (meredith@revolutionannapolis.com) and she can get you connected!

BELONG // NEW LOGO? NEW NAME??

As we prepare to “relaunch” our church in the summer and fall of 2021, we are making some updates! The most exciting news is that we have a new logo…stay tuned to social media in the week ahead to catch a glimpse of this! Additionally, we want to share that we are officially shifting our name from Revolution Annapolis to Revolution Church. Our church website (www.revolutionannapolis.com) and staff email addresses will not change. But you’ll be seeing a bit more of this updated name in online and in print. Our hope is that this change helps to address some confusion we have noted in the community about what Revolution “is.” We also hope that it better resonates with our mission to create relationships in which people can belong, believe, and become who God has created them to be. Thank you for being a part of this amazing community!

BECOME // FOOD PANTRY HELP NEEDED!

The Tuesday Food Pantry at Heritage Baptist Church is looking for 8 volunteers who like to drive a cool transport van to help with the loading and unloading supplies for the pantry! This commitment takes place on early Monday afternoons, around 1:00 PM to drive our transport van to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank to pick-up our food to be distributed on Tuesday morning. Volunteers need to come to the church to pick up the van and drive to the Food Bank in Crownsville, then (with help of a 2nd volunteer!), the van has to be loaded with the donated food. This entails lifting multiple boxes that weigh up to 40-50 lbs. Lastly, you head back to the church to unload. Total time commitment is about 1.5 - 2 hours. You don't have to do this every Monday, we're looking for 2 folks, one Monday a month! BELONG // REVOLUTION MOMS GROUP RETURNS!

We have a date for a MOMS group reunion NEXT SUNDAY May 16th at 6 pm for a Pizza Porch Party at Cathy Miller’s home (actually, her sister’s home at 502 Wilson Road). Bring $5 for the pizza and a BYO beverage. Please text Cathy at 717.602.6917 if you're planning on coming so she knows how much pizza to order!

As more and more of us become vaccinated, in-person groups are slowly returning to their old rhythms!
